CookAbility Residential Cookery School - picture from the courseOur "25 plus" cookery courses are designed to teach the basics of cookery - and beyond - and will enable you to cook for yourself and others with ease and confidence.

Sound basic methods and techniques are used together with our tried and trusted recipes. Flexibility is our keyword and all levels of experience and tastes are catered for. Dishes include everyday favourites and also some impressive dinner party pieces!!

Arrive on Monday to settle into your accommodation and meet your fellow course students over an informal lunch before spending the afternoon selecting Menus and preparing some stunning dishes for a delicious dinner in the evening. CookAbility Residential Cookery School - picture from the course

On Tuesday and Wednesday there will be two separate sessions each day.

The two morning sessions will be workshops, please see workshops (below) for menus, and the afternoon sessions will be tailored to suit your requirments.

Every student is different and our courses are flexible to suit skills and tastes. Our aim is to give you new ideas, more confidence and get excited about cooking.

Parent and Child Christmas Workshop Sunday 28th November
We are excited to start workshops for children and their parents and hope you will come and join us. The workshops will start at 10.30am and all the cooking will be hands on, finishing between 12.30 and 1pm.
The cost is £10 per person

Would you like to cook a few new recipes?

Come to one of our workshops.

The day starts at 10am with coffee and ends with lunch at approximately 1.30pm.

We at CookAbility believe in hands on experience and therefore there is very little demonstration.

At the end of the workshop all the dishes cooked will be eaten and participants will take away with them all the recipes.

The cost is £35 per workshop or £50 for two so why not bring a friend.

This is an ideal unusual present for Birthdays, Christmas or any other occasion. Vouchers are available.
